What Should I Expect at FBC Lucedale?

You will be greeted by someone with a smile and a friendly handshake as you enter the door. A greeter will be near by to answer any question you may have. You will enjoy worshipful music and the message will be relevant to your life. First time guests are invited to meet the ministers to answer your questions.

Should I Give Money?

Please do not feel any obligation to give; you are our guest. We offer the opportunity to give as a help to the mission of the church.

What is Available for My Kids?

Providing you as parents a safe place for you kids to learn and have fun is high priority for us at First Baptist. Our Sunday morning and Sunday Evening Nursery and preschool ministry is filled with loving and qualified teachers and volunteers. We also provide Sunday school classes for all ages that teach fun and engaging lessons that are Gospel centered and Christ focused. 

Children under 4 are welcome to stay in our nursery during worship service, or they can stay with you if you would prefer. Children 4 years old and older join us for worship. We also have "busy bags" available that are filled with fun activities for your little ones to enjoy during the service! 

We recognize that having your child in a worship service can be nerve wracking. But please rest assured that we are First Baptist love having children join us for worship and we love to hear them in the service!

Are My Children Safe?

Every volunteer, teacher, or helper in our children's or youth ministries are required to pass a background check, undergo volunteer training, and adhere to our Child Safety Policy and Procedures. 

Your child's safety and security is of utmost importance to us!
